The rubric is the outline
Chamberlain rubrics are explicit, which is an advantage if you use them. Each graded row becomes a section of the paper, in the order the row appears, and the section is written in the vocabulary the row uses. When a row asks the writer to analyze rather than describe, the paragraph analyses and says so in its topic sentence. When a row carries the most points, it gets the most space.
That is also why the desk asks for the rubric rather than only the prompt. A prompt tells you what to write about. The rubric tells you what the grader is instructed to reward, and those two documents are rarely the same length.

Can you write from my course readings?
Send them and they are used. Faculty notice when a paper cites the assigned text and the module readings, and graders reward it. If you cannot export the readings, give the desk the titles and the writer sources them independently.
Will the paper sound like me?
It can. Send one or two things you have already submitted and the writer calibrates sentence length, hedging and how much clinical detail you normally carry. Without a sample, the default register is competent graduate nursing prose that reads like a working nurse rather than a linguist.
Do I get a Turnitin report?
