Send the exact assignment or rubric from your classroom and a custom sample written to it lands in 24 to 48 hours, the first one free. NR 705A is Chamberlain’s DNP Project & Practicum II course. It centers on designing the change itself and settling what will be counted, how often, and against which baseline before any of it goes near the unit. Some program versions carry this course as NR 705B and NR 705C; the same drawers apply. Searches like "nr 705a week 4 assignment example", "NR705A sample paper", and "NR 705A week samples" land on this page.
What NR 705A is really about
Design is where a project stops being agreeable and starts being arguable. Everyone supports better handoffs; very few people agree on what a better handoff would look like on Tuesday at seven in the morning, who does it, and how anyone would know it happened. Term two writing forces those decisions onto paper, one at a time, and the decisions are then graded against evidence rather than preference. A faculty reader is checking whether the change described is the change the evidence supports, and whether it is small enough that a single person can carry it through one unit inside a term, without a budget and without new staff.
The measure half of the term is where most rewriting happens. A measure has to be defined tightly enough that two people counting the same week would get the same number, which means naming the numerator, the denominator, the source, and the person who pulls it. Baseline is the companion problem: without a period measured before anything changed, the results term has nothing to compare against, and there is no way to recover it later. The term also carries the determination of whether the work counts as quality improvement or as research, which decides what review the organization requires and how long that review takes.
What NR 705A’s assessments ask for
Submissions in this term read like a build sheet. Early weeks usually ask for the intervention itself described in operational terms: the change, the people it lands on, the training or tool that supports it, and the moment in the day when it occurs. The middle stretch commonly asks for the measure set, each one defined as numerator over denominator with a stated source, and for the baseline period written up with its actual numbers rather than with a promise to collect them. Many sections then ask for an instrument, since a survey or audit form has to exist before anything can be counted. Later weeks often ask for the determination paperwork and for a defense of the design in front of faculty.
Where students lose points in NR 705A
The design paper loses points first for an intervention that is really a category. Education, a protocol, a checklist: none of those say what a person will do differently, and a reader cannot picture the Tuesday. Second is the measure that cannot be counted, usually because the denominator was never named or because the source is a system nobody has access to. Third is the baseline collected after the change started, which invalidates the comparison the whole project rests on. Instruments with leading items, timelines that give two weeks to a sixty-record audit, and a determination assumed rather than obtained also draw deductions. A design that changes three things at once costs points twice, because no result can later be attributed to any one of them.

Using a NR 705A sample the right way
An example from this term is worth reading for its tables. The measure definitions and the baseline are where doctoral writing becomes technical, and the difference between a passing version and a returned one is visible at a glance: columns for source, frequency, owner and period, with nothing left blank. Read the intervention section for verbs, since a design written in nouns has not been decided. The baseline figures, the instrument responses and whatever the organization's review office says about the project are the writer's own to gather; the sample supplies the structure they sit in.
How these samples are written
Every sample on this chart is written the way the custom ones are: the rubric decoded row by row, discussion samples sized for posts that cannot be edited after they land, templates filled field by field. Chamberlain revises classrooms; a custom request is always written to the rubric in YOUR course, never from a stale template.
NR 705A questions, answered
Can the desk design my intervention for me?
The design has to fit a unit we have never stood in, so the honest answer is no. A sample can show how an intervention is written once it has been chosen: the operational detail faculty look for, the way evidence is tied to each element, and the level of specificity that stops a reviewer asking what the change actually is.
My site will not give me baseline data. What then?
That is a scoping question more than a data question, and faculty treat it that way. Projects get redesigned around what the organization already produces: an existing report, a count someone keeps by hand, a sample pulled over a defined window with permission. A sample shows how such a baseline is described honestly, including its limits.
Is this the same as the design work in NR 716 or NR 714?
Those courses teach the appraisal and the statistics; this term applies them to one site. NR 716 asks which evidence supports an intervention in general, and NR 714 asks what a test can show. Term two writing asks what you will change on your unit, what you will count, and whether the numbers can be obtained at all.
