Send the exact assignment or rubric from your classroom and a custom sample written to it lands in 24 to 48 hours, the first one free. NR 222 is Chamberlain’s Health and Wellness course. It centers on health treated as something a well person can be helped to keep, rather than as the absence of a disease. Searches like "nr 222 week 4 assignment example", "NR222 sample paper", and "NR 222 week samples" land on this page.
What NR 222 is really about
Nearly every assignment in NR 222 runs into the same instinct, which is to start writing about illness. Health and wellness sounds like a soft subject until you try to produce a page about somebody who feels fine, and then it becomes clear how little practice most people have had at it. The course wants health treated as something with parts: what a person does in a week, what their family history has already decided, what their neighborhood makes easy or expensive, and what they believe is worth doing about any of it. Nursing marks that as assessment, the same way it marks a blood pressure, and a wellness paper without it reads as encouragement.
The other half of the grade sits in what you propose. A recommendation earns points only if it fits the person you just described, so a plan built for somebody working nights should not open with a morning walk, and a plan for a household of five should not price itself out of the room. Levels of prevention do real work here rather than sitting in a definitions paragraph, because screening a person with no symptoms is a different act from teaching a person who already has a diagnosis, and saying which one you are doing shows the grader you know why you picked it. Culture belongs inside the assessment, not in a closing sentence acknowledging that people differ.
What NR 222’s assessments ask for
Weekly work usually moves between assessing and teaching. Assessment assignments ask for a person, a family or a group described across the things that actually shape health, which means hours, income, support, habits and belief alongside the medical history. Teaching assignments then ask what you would say to them, in what order, and how you would know it landed, which is the part first drafts leave out. National health objectives are used in many sections as the frame for choosing a target, so the goal you pick is expected to attach to something published rather than to a personal preference. Discussions open the week on a habit or a risk factor, and a reply earns more by naming what would have to change in somebody's week than by praising the idea.
Where students lose points in NR 222
The reliable loss is the pamphlet: eat well, exercise, reduce stress, written for nobody in particular and true of everybody. A grader cannot credit advice that would survive being handed to a different person entirely. Second is the assessment that gathers information and then decides nothing, where three pages of history are followed by a goal that could have been written before any of it was collected. Third is education named as the intervention with no content under it, promising to teach without saying what you would say. Beyond those, culture handled as a sentence of respect, goals with no way of telling whether they were met, resources listed without hours or cost, and a plan aimed at an average person who does not exist all pull the letter grade down.

Using a NR 222 sample the right way
Read a sample for the line where the assessment turns into a decision. It is usually one sentence, and everything before it exists to make that sentence defensible, which is the structure being marked. Watch how the writer keeps one person in view, with their shift pattern and their kitchen and their opinion of clinics, and how the teaching plan answers those particulars instead of the diagnosis. Then rebuild it around somebody you can actually picture, because a wellness plan written for a statistical average is the version that scores low however carefully it is put together.
How these samples are written
Every sample on this chart is written the way the custom ones are: the rubric decoded row by row, discussion samples sized for posts that cannot be edited after they land, templates filled field by field. Chamberlain revises classrooms; a custom request is always written to the rubric in YOUR course, never from a stale template.
NR 222 questions, answered
Can I write about my own family?
Many sections encourage it, and it produces better work, because you already know the shift pattern, the budget and the argument that starts whenever anybody mentions salt. Take out names and identifying details, keep the specifics that shape health, and send that outline. Any consent form or personal record the assignment asks you to gather stays yours to gather.
What counts as a health promotion goal?
Something a reader could check. Name what the person will do, how often, starting when, and what would tell you it happened. Increase physical activity is a wish. A walk after the school run on four days of the week is a goal, and the second version gives your evaluation section something to measure against.
The prompt says use a framework. Which one?
Whichever model your week actually taught, applied to the person rather than defined at the top of the page. A wellness model earns points when it makes you notice something you would have skipped, such as a part of health nobody in that household spends any time on. If your section names a particular model or template, say so and the sample is built inside it.
